Position Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Installation Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and financial control of air conditioning and refrigeration projects. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for an **HVAC Installation Project Manager**, tasked with leading and ensuring proper planning, execution, and financial control of assigned air conditioning and refrigeration projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, quality, and budget, as well as appropriate coordination of internal and external resources. **Main Responsibilities** * Full project management of **HVAC** installations, from preparation through to handover. * Financial control of **construction work**: cost tracking, margins, certifications, and variances. * Preparation of budgets and technical proposals. * Ensuring compliance with established **execution timelines** in the **project schedule**. * **Coordination** of in-house staff and supervision of subcontractors. * Review of technical documentation, materials, and **site requirements**. * Liaison with clients, suppliers, and site management. * Compliance with current regulations, quality standards, and occupational health and safety (PRL) requirements. **Requirements:** * 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role managing HVAC or related installation projects. * Experience coordinating teams or subcontractors. * Technical Engineering degree (mandatory). * Additional training in HVAC installations (e.g., RITE, industry-specific courses) will be valued. * Technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. * Proficiency in office software and technical construction management software.
