Summary: A consulting firm seeks an architect/engineer for construction technical control, conducting site visits and preparing reports and certificates. Highlights: 1. Knowledge of the Spanish Building Code (CTE) and its application The consulting firm requires 1 person with a degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or Technical Engineering for its construction technical control department, holding a valid driver's license. Permanent contract, full-time schedule from 7:30 to 15:30 with statutory breaks. Salary: €28,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. Carry out assigned tasks related to structural stability technical control. Record data derived from activities (e.g., site visits) in field sheets or other appropriate documentation. Prepare corresponding reports, certificates, and official records. Conduct site visits for projects located in Barcelona and its surrounding areas. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree – Architecture * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree – Civil Engineering – Roads, Canals, and Ports * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree – Architecture * Competencies / Knowledge: Knowledge of the Spanish Building Code (CTE) and its application on construction sites.
