They hold responsibility for the Processing Unit and related areas concerning the sanctioning procedure, including: * User Support Center (CAU) * Legal and Appeals Department * Vehicle processing activities involving traffic authorities and regular collaborators **Main Responsibilities** Key duties include: * Coordinating the overall operation of the Processing Unit. * Ensuring compliance with service levels and contractual commitments. * Monitoring activity, quality, and deadline indicators. * Reviewing and validating information communicated to the client. * Preparing or supervising periodic and ad-hoc reports. * Maintaining direct client communication regarding all processing-related matters. * Identifying deviations and proposing corrective measures. * Coordinating responsible personnel across involved departments. * Prioritizing tasks based on service needs and client requests. * Driving organizational improvements where necessary. * Supporting project management on processing-related matters. **Required Profile** We seek a candidate with experience managing complex services, accustomed to working with metrics, reporting, and direct client interaction.
