Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations, inventory, maintenance, and safety at an electric bicycle manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive warehouse and inventory management. 2. Coordination of deliveries and administrative control. 3. Focus on safety and regulatory compliance. We are an electric bicycle manufacturer based in León. We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager with the following responsibilities: * Perform administrative control of the warehouse. * Provide replenishment and storage services for components, materials, and tools used in manufacturing activities. * Store products correctly, optimizing resources and space. * Coordinate delivery and receipt of goods by liaising with transport companies. * Record material inflows and outflows, as well as inventory movements. * Ensure compliance with current Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations during task execution. * Carry out any other analogous or similar duties arising during various production processes. * Warehouse management includes inventory control, maintenance, and warehouse upkeep. * Supervision and cleaning of the warehouse and other premises. A basic maintenance plan will be established, including industrial floor scrubber cleaning and high-pressure washing equipment. * Implementation, monitoring, and training related to the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan. * Support inventory management through an online software application registering all materials stored in the hangar, including inflows, outflows, and their locations. * Monitor and supervise all perishable materials and propose replacements as needed. * Support procurement of palletizing materials: packaging rolls, packing tape, corner protectors, stretch wrap, boxes, bubble wrap, etc. Requirements: * Minimum three years of demonstrable professional experience in logistics within warehouse roles. * Experience using Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, and email. * Forklift and mini-loader operation course and certification. * Experience operating forklifts, mini-loaders, and electric stackers. * Training in warehouse management.
