Experience across diverse sectors (offices, retail, hospitality). **Job Title** Project Manager**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** **REPORTS TO:** Build Coordinator **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:** * Manage assigned projects to ensure compliance with cost, schedule, and quality requirements. * Prepare required project reports. * Proactively identify and manage project risks, designing appropriate mitigation plans. * Manage project changes, controlling associated costs and impacts on project scheduling. * Estimate costs for assigned projects. * Serve as the client’s representative on assigned projects. * Manage client relationships, keeping the client continuously informed; coordinate with various client teams and secure necessary approvals from relevant stakeholders. * Supervise execution quality of assigned projects. * Monitor internal and external costs. * Control billing for assigned projects according to established procedures. * Ensure all projects meet client-specified deadlines. * Ensure works comply with all applicable health and safety standards. * Prepare budgets for commercial proposals. * Evaluate suppliers per ISO procedures. * Act as the preventive resource for assigned construction sites. * Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and artificial intelligence to optimize project management, planning, and monitoring. * Analyze cost, schedule, and risk deviations using advanced digital tools to support decision-making. * Collaborate in continuous improvement of internal processes through new technologies applied to construction and project management. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES EDUCATION:** * Preferably Architect, Technical Architect, Engineer, or Technical Engineer **DESIRABLE SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:** * AutoCAD * Revit * Presto * MS Project * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Collaborative and document management tools (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar). * Power BI, Power Automate, or similar data analysis and automation tools. * Familiarity with AI tools applied to project management, reporting, and document analysis is advantageous. * 60-hour occupational health and safety course. **DESIRABLE LANGUAGES:** * Spanish — native-level spoken and written proficiency * English — advanced-level spoken and written proficiency * Other languages — desirable **DESIRED EXPERIENCE:** * 3–6 years as a Construction Manager on tertiary sector renovation projects. * Experience in offices / industrial / retail / hospitality / life science sectors **CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS:** * Proactivity * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams * Capacity for learning * Teamwork * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Client orientation * Negotiation skills * Commitment to continuous improvement and digital transformation * Analytical ability and data-driven orientation * Adaptability to new technologies and digital tools.
