Technical Installation Coordinator Location: Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona) | Full-time \| Immediate start At Serviloc Control y Gestión de Flotas S.L., we are seeking to hire a Technical Installation Coordinator to strengthen our operations team. If you are an organized, solution-oriented person who enjoys coordinating teams and managing projects, we would love to meet you. What will your responsibilities be? * Planning and coordination of technical installations across the entire national territory. * Schedule management and task assignment to in-house technicians and collaborators. * Customer support and follow-up throughout the entire process. * Logistics coordination for materials and equipment. * Incident tracking and control until resolution. * Supervision of work reports and technical documentation. * Coordination with Operations, Logistics, and Administration departments. What are we looking for? * An organized, proactive individual capable of working according to planning. * Excellent communication skills and customer interaction abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in computer tools (Office 365, especially Excel). * Prior experience in technical coordination, logistics, maintenance, automotive, or service management is highly valued. * Knowledge of English is considered an asset.
