Job Summary: We are seeking a receptionist to handle visitor接待, meeting room management, telephone switchboard operations, and mail and parcel handling, with additional support in basic office maintenance and administration. We are looking for a receptionist working rotating shifts across various locations in Barcelona. Main responsibilities include greeting visitors, preparing and maintaining meeting rooms to ensure they are ready and operational, managing the telephone switchboard by answering calls, redirecting communications, and professionally taking messages, as well as handling mail and parcels: receiving, logging, and distributing shipments within the facilities. The role also includes supporting basic office maintenance tasks, such as monitoring vending machines and HVAC systems, and reporting incidents to maintain a fully functional environment. Simple administrative duties are performed, including document organization, updating records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency. The role is dynamic and requires adaptability to move between different sites according to each shift’s assignment. This is a part-time position, with 30 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday based on service needs, and one weekend off per month. The gross base salary is €912.90 paid in 14 installments, plus an availability allowance.
