What will you do as a Labor Conflict Technician in Barcelona? In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Human Resources Department and support the following key responsibilities: Gathering evidence for trials and inspections, ensuring proper documentation and preparation for potential litigation. Maintaining documentation ready for possible labor inspections and ensuring all information is organized and accessible. Providing legal assistance in labor conflict situations, including management of CMACs (Collective Mediation and Arbitration Committees), labor inspections, and documentary representation of the company. Negotiating with employees, trade unions, and employee committees to reach effective resolutions to conflicts. Advising the Operations Department to ensure compliance with labor legislation across all processes and situations. Preparing necessary documentation for labor inspections and other legal procedures required in each case. Supporting HR tasks during the launch of new services, guaranteeing legality and regulatory compliance.
