Position Become part of the Production team at one of our Ateliers in Barberà as Section Manager, where your challenge will be to lead a team of leather craftsmen/women, ensuring the achievement of production goals. Your main responsibilities will be: * Lead your team, ensuring their versatility in terms of skills. * Participate in daily meetings in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the production plant's needs. * Supervise the production process within your section. * Coordinate and collaborate with other involved departments (Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement...) to implement necessary actions that ensure smooth production operations. * Monitor production KPIs and adherence to the production plan. * Propose and implement improvement actions to achieve production targets for your lines. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. * Participate in setting up new production lines. Profile Send us your application if... * You have more than 3 years of experience managing teams in industrial environments. * You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a field related to industrial engineering. * You speak French and/or English.
