




Job Summary: We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking customer service professional responsible for handling inquiries and resolving incidents, interdepartmental coordination, and information management in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The main responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and resolving incidents via telephone and email, as well as managing customer information within internal systems. Interdepartmental coordination is also required to deliver comprehensive service. Working hours are rotating, with alternating morning and afternoon shifts changing weekly. There is potential for the contract to become indefinite, subject to conditions. Basic knowledge of optics is valued but not mandatory. The work environment is dynamic and team-based; we seek empathetic, proactive individuals capable of multitasking. Continuous training is provided. Advanced spoken and written Portuguese proficiency is essential. Prior customer service experience is considered an advantage but is not required. At least 1 year of experience. Excellent command of spoken and written Portuguese. Communication and empathy skills. Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Customer orientation and problem-solving capability. Basic knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems. Availability for on-site shift work in Paterna.
