If you have experience and are looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your skills, this position is perfect for you! We are looking for **a Collective Catering Cook** to join one of our centers. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring food quality and safety at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Develop standard and adapted menus and diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow. * Supervise inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on cooking practices and company procedures. **We offer:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. * **Working hours: mornings, Monday to Friday.** * Salary according to the Collective Catering Agreement. * Duration: academic year. * **Fixed-term intermittent contract.** * Opportunity to work within a collaborative and dynamic team. * Join a leading company that values and rewards employees’ effort and dedication: continuous training plan, social benefits, professional development.
