




Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanic to perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance in a food production facility on a night shift schedule, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork. Food quality, safety, and continuous improvement environment We are looking for an electromechanic to carry out maintenance tasks in a frozen food production facility. The working hours are a fixed night shift, Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with potential overtime on Friday nights depending on production needs. Responsibilities include corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of machinery and installations, rapidly diagnosing and resolving mechanical failures. Welding tasks and operation of steam boilers are also required. Candidates are expected to propose technical improvements and follow preventive maintenance protocols for critical equipment, collaborating with the team on complementary tasks. The work environment emphasizes food quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and solid technical knowledge are required to perform this role successfully during the specified shift. A Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or equivalent is required, preferably in electrical or mechanical specialization. A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar industrial environments is required, with practical knowledge of welding techniques (e.g., TIG and Antic) and fluid systems related to steam boilers. Competencies such as effective communication, initiative, teamwork, organization, time management, and a high level of commitment are highly valued.
