




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Technician to provide comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support, manage accounting processes, and assist with office management. Provide comprehensive administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization’s projects. Manage accounting processes, cash flow, payments, and financial reports. Maintain databases. Support general office management, human resources administration, and logistics. Ensure compliance with GDPR and coordinate with external consultants. Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and preparation of social impact reports. Facilitate fluid internal communication regarding meetings and team coordination, while simultaneously promoting team adherence to organizational policies and procedures. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Candidates with at least 2 years’ experience in similar administrative and finance tasks—preferably within the social sector—will be prioritized. * Diploma or Technical Engineering degree * Spanish (spoken and written: advanced) * English (spoken and written: intermediate) * Competencies / Knowledge: University education and training in accounting, administration, or related fields. Knowledge of accounting, bank reconciliation, and office management. Two years of experience in administration and finance, preferably in the social sector. Familiarity with digital tools (Trello, Airtable, Notion, Slack) and spreadsheet software. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency and native-level Spanish.
