Job Summary: The Banquet Steward is responsible for general cleaning, operating pot-washing machinery, and maintaining clean and safe areas. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required. 2. As a Banquet Steward, you will be responsible for performing general cleaning tasks and operating pot-washing machinery to deliver an excellent guest experience. You must also ensure that all back-of-house areas remain clean and that health and safety guidelines are strictly followed. What Will You Do? * Clean, handle, and maintain equipment and tools. * Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized work area. * Follow the cleaning schedule established by the Executive Chef. * Identify cleaning supply needs and report them to your supervisor for replenishment. * Comply with all applicable health department regulations and standards (including knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), hygiene and safety standards) and all customer service guidelines. * Supply crockery, glassware, cutlery, and auxiliary items (Kitchen and Restaurant). * Supply and maintain kitchens and dining areas. What Are We Looking For? * No prior experience required. * Secondary school diploma. * Proficiency in the local language and knowledge of English are highly valued. * Flexible and reliable. * Interested in customer service. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
