Professional development with a global business perspective. **AGUNSA Europa** is looking to hire a Junior Operations Engineer to support the growth and optimization of **ESBO Logistics (https://esbologistics.com/)** operations — a logistics operator within the group specializing in multichannel B2B and B2C solutions. ESBO Logistics currently has: * 450 professionals * 4 logistics centers * 130\.000 m² of operational space * Clients across diverse sectors and operational models We are currently undergoing strong professionalization and growth, and we seek a Junior Operations Engineer with an analytical mindset, keen observational skills, and enthusiasm for learning logistics operations from within. **What will you do?** You will work directly with the Operations Management team, participating in real-world projects focused on operational analysis, improvement, and optimization across our various logistics centers. Your mission will be to understand how each operation functions, measure processes, identify improvement opportunities, and transform operational data into actionable insights for decision-making. You will gain a cross-functional view of the business and experience a steep learning curve. **Main Responsibilities** * Operational analysis on-site. * Observe and analyze real logistics processes across different clients and operational setups. * Understand receiving, put-away, order picking, and dispatching workflows. * Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational deviations. **Methods and Time Studies** * Conduct standardized operational measurements. * Analyze productivity and execution times. * Document processes and establish operational standards. **Monitoring and Validation of New Operations** * Compare budgeted parameters versus actual operational performance. * Analyze deviations impacting productivity and profitability. * Participate in validation of new clients and projects. **Data & Continuous Improvement** * Build and maintain operational databases. * Structure information for future analysis. * Prepare reports and conclusions for the Operations Management team. * Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. **What We Are Looking For** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or related field. * Recent graduate or with 1\-2 years of experience. * Genuine interest in operations, processes, and continuous improvement. * Analytical capability and data orientation. * Strong Excel proficiency. * Methodical, observant, and solution-oriented profile. * Ability to work in operational environments and interact with plant teams. * Willingness to travel between logistics centers. No prior warehouse experience is required.
