We are seeking mechanical engineers to provide global technical support for 2D products, acting as a key liaison between customers, support teams, and development teams, with a strategic role and high involvement in product improvement. **This position requires fluent English and willingness to travel.** **Responsibilities:** * Advanced incident management and resolution: Resolving complex support escalations, defining permanent solutions or workarounds, and providing timely on-site assistance when required. * Technical interface between customer, support, and engineering: Acting as the customer’s voice to engineering and R\&D, escalating cases that cannot be resolved by global support, and collaborating on field data analysis and root cause investigation. * Product lifecycle support: Participating in technical testing of changes or components; analyzing metrics and incidents to detect failures in production or stabilization-phase products. * Operational management and technical communication: Publishing and maintaining drivers, firmware, and software; coordinating spare parts shipments; and collaborating on technical communications (newsletters, updates, and incident reports) with the Product Manager and Technical Writer. **Requirements:** * Highly fluent English (mandatory). * Excellent communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams. * University degree in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar). * Analytical, organized profile with strong synthesis ability. * Structured mindset and process orientation. * Proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership over their work. * Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global team environment. **Benefits:** * Opportunity for professional growth. * Working with cutting-edge technology. * Occasional travel.
