Description
We are seeking a Creative Technician with experience facilitating leisure activities for older adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairment or in the early stages of dementia, to join our multidisciplinary team at the Borrell space.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and implementing creative activities aimed at cognitive, emotional, and social stimulation, thereby contributing to participants’ well-being and quality of life.
**Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate continuously with the multidisciplinary team: psychologist, coordinator, physiotherapist, and trainee students.
* Participate in multiprofessional team meetings.
* Design, plan, and implement leisure and recreational activities tailored to the group’s profile.
* Develop activities aligned with music therapy, film forums, creative workshops, and other dynamics.
* Adapt activities to participants’ cognitive, functional, and emotional capacities.
* Promote active participation, socialization, autonomy, and emotional well-being.
* Monitor activities and collaborate in evaluating the intervention.
**Requirements:**
* Training related to the social, educational, or artistic fields.
* Prior experience working with older adults.
* Experience facilitating group activities.

**Schedule:**
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
**Total hours: 17.25 h**
**Salary:** EUR / gross monthly
