Position Summary:
Administrative support for HR and occupational well-being, coordinating document management, recruitment, training, and promoting digitalization and workplace health.

Ensure administrative support within the HR department and safeguard health and safety in the workplace. Support employee well-being and workplace culture initiatives and promote digitalization within the department.
- Coordination and management of PRL documentation (annual PRL plan, medical examinations, provision of personal protective equipment [PPE], etc.) • Filing and maintenance of personnel files. • Support during onboarding (documentation, system access, policies) and offboarding. • Support and management of recruitment, development, and training activities. • Administrative functions related to labor matters. • Support for Performance Management, Compensation, and Benefits. • Daily administrative support for the department (workers’ compensation insurance, PRL, internal communications). • Monitoring of the Equality Plan and other related HR policies.
* Minimum 2 years of experience. • Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Administration and Finance, Human Resources Management, or Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or equivalent. • Additional training in payroll, employment contracts, or labor legislation will be valued. • 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR departments or labor consultancy firms. • Experience in labor document management (employment contracts, payroll records, PRL documentation). • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and Excel. • Knowledge of employment contract types is desirable. • Familiarity with HR software is desirable.
