Join our kitchen team at Pulitzer Hotels! **Tasks and Responsibilities** Prepare and organize ingredients according to the chef's instructions. Collaborate in dish preparation and plating. Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work areas. Ensure proper food storage and comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. Assist with inventory management and product storage. Meet the hotel's quality and presentation standards. **Requirements** Previous kitchen experience, preferably in hotels or restaurants. Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling. Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Proactive, organized, and responsible attitude. Culinary or professional cooking training will be valued.
