We are looking for a **Logistics Operations Coordinator** for our Bisbal del Penedés (Tarragona) facility. * Coordinate and assign operational staff tasks during the shift. * Ensure achievement of established productivity indicators (KPIs). * Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention procedures. * Implement the 5S methodology. * Train staff and execute the team cross-training plan. * Prepare various shift reports, as well as the shift handover documentation. * Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department. **Requirements** * Proven experience in similar roles within logistics or production environments. * Teamwork and group leadership skills. * Knowledge of logistics environments and e-commerce operations is desirable. * **Ability to work night shifts:** **rotating schedule — one week from 22:00 to 06:00 and the next week from 20:00 to 04:00.** WHAT WE OFFER: * Full-time employment * Continuous training and professional development * A positive working environment Are you interested?
