University and technological environment Support Technician \- Mataró NexTReT is looking for a Support Technician to join a stable service located in Mataró within a university and technological environment. The selected candidate will provide support to teaching staff and companies in the technology park, working as part of a three-person team and actively participating in daily service management. What will your responsibilities be? Providing assistance to users in the technology park. Resolving incidents and service requests. Inventory control and asset management. Preparing events in meeting rooms. Inspecting and supporting teaching multimedia equipment. What are we looking for? Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM) or equivalent experience. Less than one year of prior professional experience in similar roles. Essential knowledge of office software at the user level. Proficiency in both Spanish and Catalan is mandatory. Empathy and strong interpersonal skills with users. Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team. Conditions **Location:** Mataró (100% on-site). **Working hours:** 8-hour daily shift between 08:00 and 20:00 (rotating shifts). **Salary:** between EUR 18,000 and EUR 21,000 gross per year. **Additional benefits:** **Flexible compensation:** meal card, transport card, nursery vouchers, and the option to join our collective health insurance plan.
