As a Maintenance Technician in the Fragrances area, reporting to the Corrective Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring line availability through agile, structured, and root-cause-oriented interventions in a high-production-demand environment. THE ROLE OPTIMIZE, STREAMLINE, INNOVATE! As an Electromechanical Technician for the packaging line, you will play a key role in Ensuring maximum packaging line availability by responding quickly and effectively to breakdowns, minimizing production impact. Diagnosing and resolving technical incidents on automated equipment, working with electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Performing structured failure analysis using BDA methodology to ensure root-cause identification and prevent recurrence. Ensuring proper incident closure, avoiding prolonged open issues and guaranteeing definitive solutions. Executing and collaborating on format changes, ensuring compliance with standards (DET, Setting Cards) and reducing setup time. Rigorously recording all interventions in plant systems (POS, GIM, BDA, C/O), ensuring traceability and data quality. Autonomously managing spare parts required for interventions, coordinating with the workshop. Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety conditions both on the line and in the workshop. Actively participating in line DDS meetings, providing technical insights, tracking incidents, and proposing improvements. Aligning with departmental objectives regarding reduction of recurring failures, improvement of MTTR, and equipment reliability. Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial maintenance within high-speed automated environments. **Strong knowledge of:** Industrial electricity (electrical schematic interpretation). Mechanics applied to packaging machinery. Pneumatics. Structured failure diagnosis capability (beyond reactive corrective actions). Experience using maintenance management and incident reporting systems. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience with packaging lines (filling, labeling, cartoning, light robotics).
