Immediate start We are looking for maintenance staff for a hospitality company in Barcelona. Responsibilities include organizing and carrying out daily maintenance tasks, monitoring facilities—such as chillers, hot water distribution systems, boiler temperatures, boilers, and freezing and cold storage chambers—as well as performing basic facility repairs to ensure proper operation, completing the required Legionella records, and maintaining the monthly inventory of supplies. A substitution contract with possibility of continuation is offered, with a part-time schedule of 30 hours per week. Additionally, the schedule will be full-time for 15 weeks per year. Start date is immediate. * Higher vocational qualification in electricity, electronics, consumer equipment installation, plumbing, or equivalent; or minimum one year of relevant work experience. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Knowledge of Legionella control and swimming pool maintenance. * Occupational risk prevention. * Team management. * Computer literacy. * Installer’s license: electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.
