We are looking for personnel to perform the assembly of metal assemblies and electrical components, interpreting technical drawings to carry out assembly, threading, cutting, polishing, and cable harness adjustment tasks. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a gross hourly wage of €15.87. The initial contract is a fixed-term intermittent contract through a temporary employment agency, with the possibility of direct hiring by the company at a later stage. Main responsibilities include interpreting drawings and schematics, identifying parts and materials, verifying dimensions and tolerances, and assembling mechanical parts. The role also requires using manual and electric tools, adjusting and aligning components, detecting deviations in drawings or materials, and complying with quality and safety standards. Maintaining workplace order and collaborating with engineering and production departments are key aspects of daily work. For this position, vocational training in mechanics or mechanical manufacturing is required, along with at least two years’ prior experience in industrial assembly and solid knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools is essential, as well as having a personal vehicle to commute to the workplace in Sabadell.
