**Job Title:** Multiskilled Warehouse Operator – Order Picking, Labeling, and Logistics **Company:** ALPINALUZ SL **Location:** Cardedeu, Barcelona **Employment Type:** Full-time, 40 hours per week **Working Hours:** 40 weekly hours of effective work, scheduled from Monday to Saturday. * Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM\. Availability to work on Saturdays is required. Overtime or work on public holidays, if necessary, will be compensated or paid accordingly. **Job Description:** At ALPINALUZ SL, an online retailer specializing in lighting products, we are seeking a responsible, hardworking, and versatile individual to join our warehouse in Cardedeu. We seek a stable, punctual candidate with a positive attitude and strong attendance commitment. Practicality, tidiness, motivation to work, and the ability to adapt to various daily warehouse tasks are essential. This role involves physical work, standing throughout the shift, moving boxes, picking orders, packing products, applying labels, printing logistics documentation, and maintaining warehouse organization. We seek a diligent, responsible individual with minimal attendance issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Picking online sales orders. * Packing and protecting products for shipment. * Applying labels, barcodes, and references. * Printing shipping labels and logistics documentation. * Basic product inspection prior to dispatch. * Warehouse organization, restocking, and tidiness. * Sorting goods by SKU, reference, or destination. * Receiving and placing incoming goods. * Preparing packages for couriers. * Assisting with returns management. * Basic inspection of returned products. * Basic computer, printer, scanner, and internal software usage. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Supporting other operational tasks related to warehouse, logistics, and e\-commerce. **Requirements:** * Responsible, punctual, and organized individual. * High availability and strong attendance commitment. * Positive attitude and genuine willingness to work. * Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods. * Attention to detail to prevent errors in orders, labels, and references. * Ability to work quickly, orderly, and consistently. * Basic computer literacy. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Prior warehouse, order picking, e\-commerce, logistics, or courier experience is preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in online retail warehouses. * Experience in order picking and product packaging. * Experience with shipping labels, barcodes, or scanners. * Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or management systems. * Valid driver’s license or personal vehicle. * Residence near Cardedeu, Granollers, Llinars del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès, or surrounding areas. **What We Offer:** * A stable position within a growing e\-commerce company. * Initial training on our processes and systems. * Practical and dynamic work environment. * Opportunities to learn about logistics, online retail, and product management. * A positive working atmosphere for responsible and committed individuals. **Salary:** According to collective agreement and candidate’s experience. **Important Note:** We seek a serious, punctual, stable candidate with strong attendance commitment.
