**Tasks and Qualifications:**

**Mission**
Manage and maintain documentation, records, and corporate platforms related to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety at Work, ensuring information updates, traceability, and availability required to comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001\).
**Main duties and responsibilities**
* Manage and keep the HSE training register up to date, reviewing, renaming, and archiving training certificates to ensure correct information loading into corporate Prevention Management and Workday platforms.
* Register and update HSE training and awareness activities in Workday, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
* Enter and maintain periodic QHSE inspections in the corporate Prevention Management platform, guaranteeing availability of corresponding results and evidence.
* Manage and organize Health and Safety documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), ensuring proper classification and availability in the Excellence Portal.
* Register and administratively track non-conformities arising from internal and external audits using the corporate non-conformity management application.
* Maintain updated environmental records, including collection and registration of wastewater analysis results and other required environmental controls.
* Provide administrative support for the supplier qualification process, performing documentary tracking, evidence archiving, and record updates in corporate platforms.
* Manage distribution of safety, health and environmental signage, labeling, and posters across various workplaces and branches.
* Keep Integrated Management System documents up to date, incorporating issue dates, revisions, and version control in procedures, instructions, and emergency plans.
* Register work equipment in relevant corporate platforms, ensuring archival and control of associated technical documentation.
* Record responses and pending actions from quarterly inspections in the corporate Prevention Management platform.
* Provide administrative support during legal, internal and external audits, collecting necessary documentation, evidence, and records for their execution.
**Education, knowledge \& experience**
**Formal education**
* Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Administrative Management or similar. Alternatively, minimum two years’ experience in similar roles.
* Additional training in Management Systems, Quality, Environment or Occupational Risk Prevention is desirable.
**Non-formal education**
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
* Knowledge and experience in corporate document management and HSE platforms (Workday, SAP or similar) is desirable.
* Basic knowledge of document management and record control.
* Experience in industrial, logistics or technical service environments is desirable.
* Intermediate level of English (B1\-B2\) is desirable.
