We are looking for our new **Manufacturing Engineer**, to work remotely except for one day per week at our office in **Barcelona.** **What will you do?** * Monitor manufacturing of EC launcher components, such as external waveguides, mitre bends, diamond windows, launcher mirrors, blanket shield modules, auxiliary components, and others. * Conduct technical reviews of EW/UL system documentation: design description documents, drawings and 3D models, qualification plans, manufacturing and testing procedures, structural integrity reports or reports. * Supervise security classification of PIC/SIC/SR components and support preparation of justification notes. * Contribute to drafting equipment specifications in accordance with RCC MRx. * Support review of supplier documentation. **What do we offer?** * Job stability. Mandatory Requirements** * Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) * Degree in Mechanical, Nuclear, Aerospace, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field * Experience reviewing engineering documentation and participating in design reviews (e.g., Manufacturing Readiness Reviews) * Experience qualifying components according to industrial standards * - Experience in at least one of the following eight fields: .Deep drilling. .High-precision machining (sub-millimetric). .Dimensioning inspection and use of GD&T. .Cleaning for ultra-high vacuum compatibility. .Welding or brazing and non-destructive testing (NDT). .Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) or diffusion bonding. .Quality control for small or medium production batches. .Piping system assembly. * - Knowledge of at least one of the following five technical competencies: .CATIA V5. .ISO and/or EN standards. .Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. .RCC MRx requirements. .Security classifications and related requirements. **Desirable Requirements:** * Training in RCC MRx, ASME, EN standards, nuclear safety, or qualification. * Knowledge of the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and associated regulations. * Experience with processes and tools such as DOORS, IDM, CTS, MDB, and their documentation workflows. **Are you interested in our proposal?** Send us your application! *In line with its diversity policy, Groupe ADF considers all applications, including those from persons with disabilities.* **Department** Engineering **Locations** Barcelona **Employment Type** Full-time **Contract Type** CDI
