Job Summary: We are seeking an Order Picking Operator to assemble and dispatch pallets of finished products, ensuring quality, food safety, and logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Prior experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or production environments. 2. Operation of stackers and electric pallet trucks. 3. Indefinite-term discontinuous contract with an established company. At Florette Canarias, we aim to incorporate an **Order Picking Operator** into our team, whose mission will be to ensure the correct assembly and dispatch of finished product pallets, complying with quality, food safety, and logistical efficiency standards, guaranteeing that each customer receives their order on time and in full. **Main Responsibilities** * Assembling and preparing boxes of finished products, scanning them using barcode readers. * Organizing, strapping, and correctly positioning pallets. * Assisting in truck loading using an electric stacker, following team leader instructions. * Inspecting and replacing labels in case of IT-related incidents. * Performing basic controls: inventories, delivery notes, truck temperature measurements, and quality records. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. * Complying with safety, quality, hygiene, and occupational risk prevention regulations. * Supporting additional tasks assigned by the responsible person. **Experience and Knowledge** * Prior experience in **logistics, dispatch operations, or production environments**. * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and management software). * Operation of **stackers and electric pallet trucks**. * Use of data capture devices or **PDAs**. **Key Competencies** * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Flexibility and versatility. * Quality orientation and adherence to safety standards. **Required Education** * Basic education or equivalent. * Valid food handler certificate. **Offered** * **Indefinite-term discontinuous** contract. * Shift-based schedule with **rotating shifts**, according to operational needs. * Opportunity to join an established company in the food industry.
