We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to work at our center in Las Palmas. Responsibilities: * Conduct initial functional assessments of service users using standardized tests, in coordination with the rest of the team, and establish objectives within the Plan de Atención y Vida (PAyV) and the Plan de Atención Individual (PIA), where these activities will be recorded and tailored to each individual user. * Design occupational therapy treatment plans according to the individual goals defined in each user's PAyV and PIA. * Plan group and individual therapeutic activities aimed at restoring, reinforcing, and improving the functional performance of service users. * Program areas related to self-care and activities of daily living, assessing users' ability to carry out everyday tasks and intervening when such abilities are compromised. * Work on rehabilitating sensorimotor, behavioral, cognitive, and psychosocial skills as required by each user. * Implement individualized guidelines for ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) as well as specific therapeutic instructions relevant to the care of the service user. * Develop annual occupational therapy activity schedules, both inside and outside the center, tailored to each user based on individual assessments and the center’s overall programming, making use of available materials and the center’s transportation resources. of the users and the center's general programming, using available materials, including the use and management of the center's own transportation. * Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of interventions and achievement of objectives. * Assess necessary environmental adaptations, as well as individual support elements and assistive devices that each user may require. * Maintain an updated inventory of the center’s assistive devices and perform basic maintenance, collaborating with the functional supervisor (center director) in managing major repairs and acquisition of new equipment. * Support the rest of the team in matters specific to the field of occupational therapy. * Collaborate with center management in preparing various reports and summaries (transfer reports, rehabilitation medical reports, quarterly reports, annual reports, etc.) Requirements: Degree in Occupational Therapy We offer: * Permanent contract * Working hours: 90.90% * Salary: According to the XV Disability Collective Agreement (prorated extra payments) * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 15:00 Minimum experience 1 to 3 years Minimum education level Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Degree Start date 10/20/2025 Publication date 10/17/2025 CV submission deadline 12/31/2025
