To fulfill this purpose, we seek committed, change-oriented individuals with a customer-centric mindset and long-term vision—people who wish to contribute and build the future of the industry alongside our team. **Do you want to advance your professional career with us?** We are looking for a Business Developer – Domestic or International Market, based in the Canary Islands. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Design and implement commercial prospecting strategies to identify and acquire independent hotels that can benefit from Keytel’s value proposition. * Conduct active, ongoing searches for new potential clients, generating business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market development activities. * Contact, present, and promote Keytel’s solutions and services to hotel management teams and decision-making bodies, tailoring the proposal to each establishment’s specific needs. * Plan and carry out in-person commercial visits to hotels to present the project, identify collaboration opportunities, and build long-term commercial relationships. * Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, qualification, opportunity follow-up, negotiation, and agreement closure. * Proactively monitor the pipeline of opportunities, ensuring achievement of agreed acquisition and growth targets. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Business Administration (ADE), or related field. Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) in tourism-related disciplines will also be valued. * Commercial profile, proactive and results-oriented, with ability to generate and develop new business opportunities. * Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. * Very high proficiency in English and Spanish.
