At **ISA, a company within the Binter Group**, we seek to hire a person to fill the position of **MCC Planning Technician** at our Telde center.

**Mission**
Coordinate and plan fleet maintenance activities to ensure they are carried out without interfering with the flight schedule, optimizing the use of available resources, time, and materials.
**Responsibilities**
* Planning of aircraft maintenance program tasks.
* Coordination of means and resources required for proper maintenance execution.
* Support for operational management by providing a technical perspective on daily routing maintenance needs.
* Participation in strategic decision-making related to maintenance planning.
* Monitoring of scheduled work execution at maintenance centers (Part 145\).
* Control and monitoring of strategic planning within the MCC scope.
### **Minimum Requirements**
* Education: Higher Vocational Training. Aeronautical, Mechanical, or similar Engineering degrees will be valued.
* Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position.
* Languages: English B1\.
* Specific Knowledge:
* Experience or training in maintenance planning and work coordination will be valued.
* Familiarity with aeronautical operational management environments is desirable.
