Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise construction sites on a daily basis, organize teams, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Responsibility for meeting deadlines, ensuring quality, and maintaining safety. **Site Supervisor – Gran Canaria** We are looking to hire a **Site Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise construction projects on a daily basis in Gran Canaria. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing on-site work, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, monitoring task execution, and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and the schedule established by the technical management and the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Daily organization of on-site tasks. * Coordination of workers, skilled tradespeople, and subcontractors. * Monitoring progress, productivity, and deadline compliance. * Supervision of work execution according to drawings, measurements, and technical specifications. * Control of materials, stockpiles, machinery, and site requirements. * Support to the site manager in planning, monitoring, and resolving issues. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and the technical team. * Quality review of completed work and identification of potential deviations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Site Supervisor, foreman, or in a similar role. * Knowledge of construction, execution processes, trade coordination, and blueprint reading. * Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * A responsible, practical, and deadline-oriented individual. * Experience in building construction, renovations, rehabilitation, or civil engineering will be valued. * Valid driver's license. **Offer Includes:** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary based on experience, approximately **€33,000–€40,000 gross per year**. * Possibility of company vehicle, mileage allowance, meal allowances, or performance-based incentives depending on profile and project needs. * Positive working environment and involvement in projects across Gran Canaria.
