Inventory, order, and supplier management Ocean Club Maspalomas is looking to hire a professional Chef: Minimum Requirements: \- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position \- Experience in operational kitchen control \- Minimum education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Culinary Arts or equivalent \- Leadership skills to motivate and manage work teams, empathy, organizational ability, and effectiveness under pressure \- Strong professional references \- Academic Qualification: Higher Vocational Training in Hospitality and Catering \- Specific Training: Valid Food Handler Certificate, Safety and Hygiene Certification Job Responsibilities: \- Development of menus and dishes corresponding to their station, in accordance with established quality standards \- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workstation and throughout the kitchen \- Preparation of recipe costings and inventories, management of orders and suppliers \- Proper organization and storage of raw materials and product preservation \- Execution of standard kitchen duties and APPCC (Analysis and Critical Control Points) system management Salary: €1,450.00–€1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
