Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will be your responsibilities?** **Support in basic kitchen tasks**: * Perform simple tasks such as peeling, cutting, chopping, or grinding food under the supervision of a kitchen assistant or chef. * Prepare ingredients to facilitate the team’s workflow (weighing, mixing, etc.). **Cleaning and maintenance**: * Keep utensils, tools, and work areas clean and organized. * Wash and store kitchen equipment and tableware appropriately. * Ensure preparation surfaces and areas are disinfected. **Collaboration in storage**: * Assist in receiving and organizing goods. * Label and store food according to preservation and expiration guidelines. **Support in service**: * Assist the chef or kitchen assistant in plating dishes. * Carry out occasional tasks in preparing side dishes, sauces, or other elements. **Compliance with regulations**: * Follow instructions regarding food handling, hygiene, and safety. * Collaborate in proper disposal of waste and non-usable products. **What are we looking for?** * Minimum 1\-2 years of prior experience in a similar role. * Possession of a recognized disability certificate will be positively considered, in line with our commitment to equal opportunity. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and career growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
