The BOOST program enables students to rotate through two corporate departments—such as Digital Innovation, Process Management, or Commercial Strategy—depending on active projects in the Canary Islands. Training Objectives – Connection with the Master’s Program During the internship, the student will learn and develop competencies directly linked to the modules of the Master’s program: * **Adaptive management and process optimization**: participating in projects requiring analysis of workflows and proposals for continuous improvement. * **Business innovation**: collaborating on initiatives related to new products and technological solutions, aligned with IT innovation development. * **Data-driven decision making**: using dashboards and performance analytics to support strategic decisions. * **Digital communication and data visualization**: preparing reports and presentations for integrated management, connecting with content from the Data \& Analytics module. * **Strategic thinking and foresight**: identifying market trends and contributing to future scenario planning.
