Joining a stable company with initial training **Job Description** We are seeking a person to join our logistics department as a scale operator at our factory. The selected candidate will coordinate logistics for material inbound and outbound control via the weighing system, ensuring correct administrative and operational management of the scale. **Main Responsibilities** Control weighing of trucks entering and leaving with materials Record data in the computer system (delivery notes, license plates, weights, etc.) Verify transporters’ documentation and cargo documentation Coordinate with the logistics and production teams Attend to transporters and resolve basic incidents Dispatch materials of our products **Requirements** Vocational Training (FP) in administration, transportation and logistics or related field Previous experience in a similar position (desirable) Proficiency in office software (Excel, etc.) Organizational skills and attention to detail Communication skills and customer service ability **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in administrative and/or logistics roles within industrial environments **What We Offer** Opportunity to join a stable company in the sector Initial training provided by the company Quality employment Salary: Up to 30\.000,00€ per year Work Location: On-site employment
