LEAN TECHNICIAN ALDI CANARIAS (Arinaga)

Description

**Field 1** The main mission of this position will be to implement, under the supervision of the National Lean Manager and the Regional Logistics Directorate of the Canary Islands, all actions inherent to the LEAN methodology at the distribution center, as well as continuous improvement of established processes, ensuring full compliance at all times with current legislation on Occupational Risk Prevention. **Field 2** Main responsibilities: * Implement the LEAN model agreed upon with the Supply Chain Lean Manager at the assigned distribution center. * Identify the Logistics team’s training needs within the regional company and communicate them to the Supply Chain Lean Manager. * Coordinate and conduct nationally defined training activities at the assigned distribution center. * Participate in international LEAN Academy working sessions and coordinate and deliver agreed-upon training at the assigned distribution center, in accordance with the guidelines of the Supply Chain Lean Manager. * Coordinate and conduct nationally scheduled Yokoten and Kaizen events on-site at the assigned distribution center. * Advise the Regional Logistics Manager on all activities requiring application of the LEAN methodology. * Carry out continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of responsibility for the regional logistics department. * Implement and monitor LEAN-specific KPIs displayed on team dashboards at the assigned distribution center. * Ensure correct implementation and integration of team dashboards into work processes, guaranteeing that indicators are understood by all departments within the assigned distribution center. * Ensure adherence to deadlines for actions requiring time-bound execution. * Ensure compliance with current data protection regulations and information access policies. * Ensure workplace safety and health in accordance with established procedures and current occupational risk prevention legislation. **Field 3** Requirements: * Higher vocational education qualification in Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain or equivalent. * Specific training in LEAN methodology\- * SAP knowledge and advanced Office skills (PPT/Excel) are desirable. **Field 4** We offer: We offer you the opportunity to join a great team and, additionally: * Permanent employment contract. * The chance to become part of an expanding multinational company. * A positive working environment. * Continuous training and a professional development plan. **About us** We are one of the world’s leading food and supermarket chains and pioneers of discount retailing.
