Comprehensive management of projects, construction works, and real estate developments. **Description:** ---------------- At GRUPO HD, we continue growing and are looking to incorporate an Engineer to strengthen our Technical Department team, playing a key role in the comprehensive management of the company’s projects, construction works, and installations. To comprehensively manage the company’s technical projects—from defining initial criteria through execution, commissioning, and subsequent maintenance—coordinating all relevant stakeholders. What responsibilities will you undertake? * Comprehensive management of projects, construction works, installations, and real estate developments—from inception through final delivery and opening. * Definition of technical criteria for projects developed by third parties. * Contracting, supervision, and coordination of engineering firms, contractors, installers, and suppliers. * Technical, financial, and schedule monitoring of construction works and interventions. * Coordination of private construction works and interventions in operational properties. * Management and supervision of maintenance for real estate assets. * Ensuring proper commissioning of installations and systems. * Management of property conservation and all technical aspects of the company. * Coordination of technical requirements for properties leased by the company. * Ensuring compliance with current technical and safety regulations. * Anticipating incidents and proposing viable and sustainable technical solutions. What qualifications do you need to fit this role? * Degree in Technical Engineering, Senior Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in project, construction, and installation management. * Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD), quantity surveying and budgeting, scheduling, and office productivity suites. * Knowledge of technical regulations: CTE, RITE, ISO standards, etc. * BIM-related training or experience is desirable. * Experience in the hospitality sector, shopping centers, or real estate assets is highly valued.
