**Description:** ---------------- H10 Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our H10 Costa Mogán hotel. The main responsibilities of this position will be: * Professionally and responsibly manage, control, and monitor all maintenance and auxiliary service tasks. * Lead, organize, instruct, and coordinate the maintenance technician team to ensure their contribution is effective and cost-efficient, as well as supervise all other personnel under their responsibility. * Develop preventive maintenance and repair programs, monitoring the optimal operation of machinery and facilities. * System reviews: analyze departmental management and develop action plans to correct identified deviations or reinforce strengths. * Internal/external audits: conduct and/or follow up. * Participate in drafting the department’s annual budget and oversee its implementation. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety protocols, as well as fire prevention measures. * Stay informed and ensure compliance with all applicable legal regulations within their area of responsibility. Specifically, guarantee that all establishment machinery undergoes mandatory inspections on schedule. * Provide requested information to management. * Achieve objectives defined jointly with management. **Requirements:** --------------- * Educational level: Technical Engineering degree * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
