You’ll learn how to help us achieve more with less effort, fostering an intelligent, agile, and motivating work environment. **What You’ll Do and Learn:** * Collaborate in workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities. * Support the implementation of cutting-edge digital tools and methodologies (Lean, Agile, OKRs). * Assist in coordinating with various teams to ensure process efficiency. * Help create materials and workshops on best practices for time management and productivity. **What We’re Looking for in You:** * Passion for continuous improvement and strong organizational ability. * Genuine interest in process management, productivity, or consulting. * Strong communication skills, eagerness to learn, and proactive problem-solving attitude. **Requirements to Apply for This Internship:** To be considered, you must meet the following requirements: * Currently pursuing or having recently completed a **Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.** * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to teamwork in an international environment. * Good level of **English** and Spanish (B2\-C1\).
