As a startup, we guarantee plenty of unexpected turns! **Technically, it is mandatory that you have:** * Professional experience using ticketing tools. * Experience automating tasks (e.g., cloning devices, user onboarding/offboarding). * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS work environments. * Knowledge of workstation and server hardware. * A Higher Technical Degree in Computer Systems and Networks or equivalent qualification. **And you’ll shine ✨ if you also have experience with:** * OpenLDAP directory management. * Virtualized systems (Proxmox or similar). * VoIP telephony systems based on Asterisk (Issabel). * Google Workspace account administration. * Audiovisual equipment and production hardware/software. * Networking using MikroTik technology. * Storage system administration and management (disk arrays) and backup solutions—including Synology and QNAP NAS devices. **What will you do at Sesame?** * Resolve incidents, service requests, problems, and implement changes. * Configure user profiles, email accounts, and access rights for new hires. * Install and configure devices, operating systems, and applications. * Proactively maintain networked devices. * Inventory hardware assets and manage storage logistics. * Automate routine tasks to reduce execution time of existing procedures. * Process warranty claims with vendors. * Automate your assigned platform through patch installation and version upgrades—continuous improvement. * Set up audiovisual equipment and provide technical support for related incidents. * Develop procedures and technical documentation. * Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards. * Propose improvements aligned with the company group’s growth and security needs.
