Job Summary: We are seeking a concrete pump operator to operate and manage concrete pump trucks, ensure efficient concrete delivery, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert operation of concrete pump trucks and assembly/disassembly of pipelines. 2. Preventive maintenance of equipment and collaboration in repairs. 3. Compliance with safety regulations, autonomy, and teamwork. We are seeking a concrete pump operator to collaborate on various construction projects in Santiago de Compostela. The primary responsibility will be expert operation and management of concrete pump trucks, ensuring efficient concrete delivery at the right location and time. This also includes preparing and installing pipeline conduits required for each project, as well as subsequent disassembly. Additionally, the position involves performing basic and preventive maintenance of equipment. This entails inspecting machinery condition, checking fluid levels, and identifying potential failures or wear to ensure optimal daily performance. Collaboration with the maintenance team will be required to carry out simple repairs. All documentation arising from activities—such as work reports and delivery notes—must be recorded, and any incidents reported. Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations is mandatory, including consistent use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Autonomy on site and ability to work effectively in a team are essential. Temporary full-time contract. A valid driving license (Category C) is required. A minimum of three years’ experience in the concrete industry is mandatory, demonstrating proven proficiency in operating concrete pumping equipment. Basic knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and electronics for equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis is desirable. Candidates should be proactive, solution-oriented, and strongly committed to safety and quality in job performance. Possession of the Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) is considered an advantage.
