Prior experience and technical problem-solving skills are valued We are seeking a second-level multiskilled technician to perform maintenance tasks in buildings located in Baeza. Main responsibilities include supporting maintenance of thermal installations (air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water), low-voltage electrical installations, and plumbing, as well as providing technical assistance to address urgent incidents in buildings and dependent facilities. Prior maintenance experience and the ability to resolve technical problems are valued. This position offers an indefinite-term full-time contract, with an annual salary ranging between EUR 21,500 and EUR 23,000.
