Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles. Set up and maintain cleanliness of the bar, bar units, tables, and other equipment. Prepare fresh beverage garnishes. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport inventory to the bar setup area. Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled dishes from bar tops and tables and place them in designated areas. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Process all forms of payment. At shift end, count the cash drawer, complete the required cashier report, resolve discrepancies, deposit receipts, and secure the cash drawer. Ensure security of alcohol, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Perform closing duties. Comply with all company, safety, and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions to management; complete safety training and obtain required certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; safeguard confidential information; protect company assets. Greet all guests in accordance with company standards, express appreciation, anticipate and address guest service needs, and sincerely thank guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build and maintain positive relationships with fellow employees, support the team in achieving common goals, listen to fellow employees’ concerns, and respond appropriately. Consistently meet expected quality and standards. Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout entire shifts. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Grasp, rotate, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Navigate narrow spaces, tight areas, and elevated locations. Traverse uneven, slippery, or sloped surfaces and ascend/descend stairs and ramps. Reach overhead and below knee level by bending, twisting, pulling, or squatting. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
