A Support Technician for Support Unit is required at a Special Employment Center
Manage personal and social adjustment services across their full scope: identifying physiotherapy providers, training resources, implementing collective actions with workers, etc. \- Manage the information and advisory service regarding technical aids, available resources, subsidies, and rights of persons with disabilities (PCD) \- Promote the integration of new workers by establishing connections with employment pools and organizations dedicated to labor insertion of persons with disabilities. \- Conduct follow-up interviews regarding employability and workplace adaptations. \- Create and manage a community resource network and contacts with associations representing persons with disabilities (PCD), serving as resource sources for our workers. \- Address individual requests and assistance needs from workers and manage necessary resources to fulfill them. \- Prepare reports and subsidy applications.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting and accompanying workers with disabilities at a Special Employment Center
* Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree
* Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced)
* Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced)

* Other relevant information: \- Disability certificate or ILP \- Flexible working hours Monday to Thursday between 7:30–17:30 and intensive Friday schedule from 8:00–15:00 \- Possibility of telework
