Our initiatives stand out for creating talent attraction and retention programs, development plans, leadership projects, performance evaluations, potential management, and continuous improvement of the employee experience. Therefore, we are seeking a **Talent Technician** for our offices in Barcelona. What will be your **main responsibilities** in this role? * Participation in the design and implementation of various development programs. * Preparation of talent and development reports. * Monitoring of the performance evaluation process. * Database management. * Development and monitoring of KPI dashboards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field with an HR orientation. * Two years of experience in similar roles. * Analytical ability and interest in data analysis. **Additional Information** **What can we offer you?** * The opportunity to join a leading multinational company in the sector. * A temporary contract. * Flexibility. * Professional growth.
