You will support administrative management You will coordinate documentation, update databases, and ensure that each process meets established deadlines and quality standards. 2\. You will schedule and generate service routes. You will serve as the liaison between various technical and operations departments, helping to plan interventions and optimize team efficiency. 3\. You will maintain document organization and information flow. You will manage reports, invoices, and CRM systems, ensuring data traceability and smooth communication across departments. 4\. You will closely collaborate with the Mass Operations team. Your work will be essential to ensuring daily tasks proceed without incidents, contributing to the smooth operation of the project. #### **What we would like to see in your profile?** Education in Administration or Business Management: Vocational Training (FP) or medium/higher-level vocational training cycle — an essential foundation for rigorously managing administrative processes. Prior experience of at least 1 year in administrative management or route planning tasks, preferably in technical or industrial environments. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel and CRM systems — fundamental for document management and task tracking. Attention to detail and quality orientation: we seek careful, organized individuals committed to operational excellence.
