* Unloading: Unloading trucks from suppliers. * Sorting by destination (*Sorting*): Separating boxes or pallets in the warehouse and organizing them. * Order picking (*picking*) * Load consolidation: Grouping packages bound for the same province or logistics route in the same area or outbound dock. * Rapid deconsolidation: Opening large multi-client boxes to separate garments by individual orders (if the end customer is a small shop or private individual). * Palletizing and strapping: Placing sorted boxes onto new pallets, wrapping them with stretch film, and securing them for transport. * Shipping labeling: Attaching the final carrier's shipping labels (e.g., SEUR, DHL, or MRW) with the delivery address. * Immediate loading: Loading goods directly into outbound trucks to prevent accumulation on the warehouse floor. * Returns management (*Reverse logistics*): Inspecting garments returned by customers, verifying they are unused and undamaged, relabeling them, and returning them to stock. * Inventory control: Periodically counting stock to update inventory levels.
