Description

You will be responsible for ensuring technical quality and standards throughout the project lifecycle (from planning and design to implementation and closure). You will collaborate with project, engineering, and operations teams to define quality criteria, execute controls and audits, and promote continuous improvement of processes and products. Key Responsibilities: * Define and implement project-specific quality plans (QA/QC), including acceptance criteria, metrics, and test procedures. * Review requirements, technical specifications, and project plans to identify quality risks (FMEA). * Design, plan, and execute functional, integration, and system testing; coordinate third-party testing where applicable. * Conduct inspections, audits, and technical reviews at sites and/or development environments. * Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders. * Manage non-conformities: registration, root cause analysis, traceability, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA/8D). * Ensure compliance with regulations, internal standards, and customer requirements. * Promote quality best practices and provide training to project teams. * Support the implementation of quality management systems (ISO or others) and continuous improvement processes. Requirements and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Quality, Mechanical, Electronics, Software, or related field). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality roles within complex projects (automotive, pharmaceutical). * Knowledge of testing methodologies, quality management tools, and failure analysis techniques. * Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards, and Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, SPC). * Experience managing non-conformities and CAPA (8D). Technical Skills: * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), MSA, APQP, FMEA. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical specifications, and test documentation. * Proficiency in advanced Excel; knowledge of quality management software is a plus. Soft Skills: * Attention to detail and analytical mindset. * Effective communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and customers. * Organization, priority management, and autonomy. * Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure. Certifications (Desirable): * Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt), ASQ (CQE), or other quality-related certifications. * Project management certification (PMP) is a plus. Suggested Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Non-conformity rate per project. * Average time to resolve incidents. * Test plan adherence and test coverage. * Customer satisfaction / audits with no major findings.
