Are you coming from the IT consulting world and ready to take the leap into a more autonomous role? We’re looking for a junior technical profile eager to grow by managing projects (always with mentorship) in a Microsoft environment. We’re looking for someone with: 0–2 years of experience in IT support (internships valued) Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of Intune and Citrix Fundamentals of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, WiFi) Proficiency with ticketing tools (ServiceNow) ️ What will you do on a daily basis? * Second-level support for workplace incidents * Simple projects with Microsoft 365 and Intune * Application deployment and device lifecycle management * Operational security tasks and patch management * Documentation of procedures and KBs * Mentored management of small evolutionary projects Valued: Previous experience in IT consulting Orientation toward internal customers, proactivity, and eagerness to learn **Ready for the adventure?
